El EazyPod Automatic es un sistema de filtro auto-limpiante, mecánico y biológico para estanques de jardín de hasta 10.000 litros.

 

La caja de control integrada contiene un temporizador ajustable que inicia un ciclo de limpieza automáticamente - lo que significa que su filtro se limpia incluso cuando no está allí!

 

Dentro de la caja de control, los bloques de conector electrónico controlan la válvula de desecho automatizada, junto con su bomba de circulación (no suministrada).

 

Incluso alberga una bomba de aire integral que se activa automáticamente para limpiar el K1 Micro media.

 

El agua cristalina y saludable se consigue con los medios filtrantes K1 Micro, que también proporcionan beneficios biológicos mejorados por su superficie protegida.

 

El Eazypod UV automático cuenta con un integrado de 18 vatios UVC integrado en la sección de entrada del filtro, ayudando a limpiar el agua verde.

 

Disponible en 2 modelos, los usuarios pueden seleccionar el EazyPod automático o el EazyPod UV automático (con incorporado 18 vatios UV).

 

Ambos modelos también están disponibles en color gris o verde.

 

El concepto de EazyPod Automático es simple pero innovador.

 

El agua entra a través de la entrada y pasa sobre una bombilla de clarificación de UV de 18 vatios (en las versiones UV), ayudando a matar cualquier algas de una sola célula en el agua.

 

El agua entra entonces en la cámara exterior, que corre alrededor de toda la circunferencia del EazyPod. Entre la cámara exterior y la cámara interior hay una pantalla perforada de acero inoxidable.

 

Estas perforaciones están situadas en la mitad inferior de la pantalla y alrededor de toda su cara.

 

Esto significa que cuando el agua pasa de la cámara exterior a la cámara interior, se crea un flujo descendente y ascendente. Esto hace que muchos de los sólidos más grandes se depositen en la base de la cámara exterior, debido a la fuerza de la gravedad.

 

El tamaño de las perforaciones no permitirá que grandes residuos mecánicos entren en la cámara interior, actuando así como un filtro mecánico de primera etapa.

 

La cámara interna contiene 18 litros de K1 Micro Media estática. A medida que el agua entra en la cámara interior, los sólidos finos más pequeños quedan atrapados en el K1 Micro.

 

Después de pasar a través del K1 Micro, el agua limpia luego sube y desborda en el tubo de retorno interno. Desde aquí regresa al estanque por la salida de retorno.

Equipo de instalación

 

1. Bomba de la charca. Asegúrese de que el caudal real máximo de la bomba no excede los límites especificados.

 

2. Trabaje con tuberías desde las válvulas de desecho de la unidad hasta el punto de descarga previsto. Esto puede ser trabajo de tubería rígida o una manguera flexible simple de por lo menos 1 pulgada de diámetro.

 

3. Cable de red (3 núcleos) de una longitud apropiada para conectar la caja de control automático EazyPod a su toma de corriente.

 

 

Instalación - BOMBA FED SOLO

EazyPod Automático sólo se puede instalar en las configuraciones FUMA BOMBA.

 

Set-Ups de la bomba

 

Con esto queremos decir que si su bomba se va a utilizar para suministrar el agua al filtro, y el agua filtrada luego regresa a su estanque a través de la gravedad, es decir, por una cascada, oa través de un tubo de gran diámetro, esto se refiere a Como PUMP FED (es decir, el agua se alimenta al filtro usando una bomba).

The EazyPod Automatic is a self-cleaning, mechanical and biological filter system for garden ponds up to 10,000 litres.

 

The integrated control box contains an adjustable timer which initiates a cleaning cycle automatically - meaning your filter will clean itself even when you’re not there!

 

Inside the control box, the electronic connector blocks control the automated waste valve, along with your choice of circulating pump (not supplied).

 

It even houses an integral air pump which kicks in automatically to clean the K1 Micro media.

 

Crystal clear, healthy water is achieved by K1 Micro filter media, which also provides enhanced biological benefits by way of its protected surface area.

 

The Eazypod UV Automatic features an integrated 18 Watt UVC built in to the inlet section of the filter, helping to clear green water.

 

Available in 2 models, users can select either the EazyPod Automatic or the EazyPod UV Automatic (with built-in 18 watt UV).

 

Both models are also available either in Grey or Green body colours.

 

The concept of the EazyPod Automatic is simple and yet innovative.

 

Water enters via the inlet and passes over an 18 watt UV Clarifying bulb (on UV versions), helping to kill any single celled algae in the water.

 

The water then enters the outer chamber, which runs around the entire circumference of the EazyPod. Between the outer chamber and the inner chamber, there is a stainless steel perforated screen.

 

These perforations are situated in the lower half of the screen and around its entire face.

 

This means that when the water passes from the outer to inner chamber, a downward and upward flow is created. This causes many of the larger solids to settle in the base of the outer chamber, due to the force of gravity.

 

The size of the perforations will not allow large mechanical waste to enter the inner chamber, thus acting as a first stage mechanical filter.

 

The inner chamber holds 18 litres of static K1 Micro media. As the water enters the inner chamber, the fine smaller solids become entrapped in the K1 Micro.

 

After passing through the K1 Micro, the clean water then rises and overflows into the inner return pipe. From here it returns to the pond via the return outlet.

 

The EazyPod Automatic filtration system gives water quality and clarity that surpasses all expectations.

 

The nature and volume of the K1 Micro means, that when static, apart from being a very efficient mechanical filter, there is more than enough surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonise.

 

Therefore on a smaller pond, the EazyPod Automatic is an excellent complete filter.

 

Installation Equipment

 

1. Pond Pump. Please ensure that the pump’s maximum actual flow rate is no more than the specified limits.

 

2. Pipe work from the unit’s waste valves to the intended discharge point. This can be rigid pipe work or a simple flexible hose of at least 1inch diameter.

 

3. Mains cable (3 core) of an appropriate length to connect the EazyPod Automatic control box to your power socket.

 

 

Installation - PUMP FED ONLY

EazyPod Automatic can only be installed on PUMP FED set-ups.

 

Pump Fed Set-Ups

 

By this we mean that if your pump is going to be used to supply the water to the filter, and the filtered water then returns back into your pond via gravity, i.e. down a waterfall, or through a large diameter pipe, this is referred to as PUMP FED(i.e. the water is fed to the filter using a pump).
